Summer Undergraduate Internships
The Yale Center for Molecular Discovery is sponsoring ten-week summer undergraduate research paid internships for students entering their sophomore, junior or senior years and who are interested in exploring a professional career as a research scientist with hands-on experience.
The programs run from late May to early August. We begin posting our positions in early March.
The Center is a highly collaborative work environment, and we seek talented students who crave learning new skills and contributing to a research pipeline that serves Yale University. As an intern you will work with a number of our research staff and will take on real world projects that will help us grow.
Our ideal candidate is someone who excels at documenting projects and who enjoys experimenting, but can also follow protocols. As well as someone who is obsessed with microorganisms, microscopes, and colorful assays, and who is strategic with the research they pursue.
