Custom Liquid Transfers

Instrumentation at YCMD allows researchers to automate many processes in addition to traditional small molecule or siRNA screening. Volumes as low as nanoliters can be plated precisely where you want them.

One common transfer workflow is enabling 96-well microplate experiments to be screened against compounds from the Center’s 384-well format collections.

Other scenarios include compound plating for experiments with different numbers of replicates, serial dilutions, or even combinations of compounds.

We can also help you create customized arrayed libraries of other liquid types, such as your lab’s favorite plasmid collection, collection of RNAi molecules, bacterial lysates or natural product library.

Reach out to us with your ideas and we’ll let you know how we can support you with our liquid handlers.
