New Diversity Collection

January 30, 2020

YCMD is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a new diversity library of synthetic small molecules. This highly curated, non-proprietary collection consists of 126,400 compounds which should serve as an excellent set for finding molecular probes and drug leads. The lead-like and drug-like library molecules were carefully selected from approximately 2 million available compounds to meet stringent criteria including ClogP < 5, TPSA 35 - 100 Angstrom sq., and MW 300-450. The collection was also filtered to exclude pan assay interference compounds (PAINS) and compounds with reactive, unstable and other undesirable functionalities.

The compounds were purchased from Life Chemicals and the library is now available for screening. To learn more or access the collection, please contact Yulia Surovtseva
