YCMD has a new diversity collection of synthetic small molecules available for screening. Members of the collection are specifically selected for having three-dimensional, non-planar shapes. 25,857 compounds in this library were carefully chosen within a narrow range of lead-like and drug-like properties. Molecules in the collection have following physico-chemical properties: MW 250-600, TPSA <140 Angstroms sq., clogP <5, number of hydrogen bond donors <5, sp3/sp2 fraction above 0.45. These compounds pass our SMARTS filters as non-reactive and lack known pan assay interference compounds (PAINS). These compounds were purchased from Life Chemicals.
